Sellers are required to provide accurate product descriptions and evidence (e.g. certificates, images) where relevant. You can request inspection or samples before large orders. Disputes based on quality must include clear evidence (photos, reports) and fall within the agreed dispute window.
Late shipment and damage in transit are covered under our protection policy. Report late delivery or damaged goods within the specified period after delivery. Documentation (tracking, photos) will be required to process claims. Compensation or refund may be offered according to our terms.
